Rockie Dean Skelly Sr.

Rockie Dean Skelly, Sr., 72, of Saltsburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at his home. He was born Friday, March 9, 1945 in Denver, Colorado, the son of the late Harry J. (Jr.) and Anna M. Yost Skelly. Rockie was a United States Airforce Veteran having served during the Vietnam War, where he achieved the rank of Sargent. He was a member of the HOG Group #1322 in Latrobe and the Harley Davison American Legion Riders. He enjoyed hunting, playing Xbox, loved his dogs and riding motorcycles. He is survived by 4 children, Beckie Enos and her husband Todd, Connie Martino and her husband Michael, Emilie Skelly and Rockie D. Skelly Jr, 2 grandchildren, Amanda and Joshua and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Rocco Skelly. Family will receive friends on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 4PM to 8PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD., 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. . Services will be conducted on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11AM in the funeral home, with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating. Honor Guard Services and Interment will follow in the St. Matthew Church Cemetery in Saltsburg, Pa.
