Roberta Susan "Robbi" Richards

Roberta Susan “Robbi” Richards, 62, of Avonmore, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at West Haven Manor in Apollo. She was born Sunday, October 30, 1955 in Bell Twp., the daughter of the late Robert L. and Irene Opal Smith Richards. She was a member of Hebron Lutheran Church in Avonmore. She graduated from Kiski Area High School in 1974 and attended Westmoreland Community College. She enjoyed the outdoors, pets, traveling on bus tours to Lancaster to see quit shows, and enjoyed going to musicals with her friends and family. She was a life time member of the Girl Scout Troup of Avonmore and enjoyed helping the children earn their merit badges, attending camporees and camping at Keystone State Park. She is survived by her brother, Arthurs Richards of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Arthur and Dorothy Richards and William and Mary Smith. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 4PM to 7PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 in the funeral home at 10 AM with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating. Interment will be at Edgewood Cemetery in Saltsburg. Her family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the kindness and care Robbi received from the people at West Haven Manor, Faith Manor and the community of Avonmore.
