Richard William Witmer

Richard William Witmer, 78, of Apollo, Pa. passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Allegheny  Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Pa. He was born October 25, 1939 in Johnstown, Pa., the son of the late Harry and Nora Clark Witmer. He was self- employed as an independent delivery driver for the landscaping and home improvement business. He enjoyed listening to the oldies and liked old cars and movies. He is survived by 4 children, Tammy Klazon and her husband Richard of North Apollo, Richard Johnson(Julie Berg) of Texas, Ronald Witmer and his wife Leigh of Texas and Rory Lang of Texas, 8 siblings, Estelle “Toot”, Richard “Rick”, Bob, Ben, Sandy, Kathy, Vicky and Donna and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Walter Wiltmer and Harry “Chub” Witmer Jr. At Richard’s request, all services were private and entrusted to the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD., 1916 Moore Ave., North Apollo, Pa. 15673.  Interment is private.
