Peter Seaton Cholock

Peter Seaton Cholock, 66, of Vandergrift, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born Tuesday, June 12, 1951 in Mount Pleasant, Pa, the son of the late Peter G. and Ruth Rodgers Cholock. Peter was a delivery driver for the Haven Line Casket Co. for over 15 years. He was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Apollo. He will always be remembered as an amazing man with a great sense of humor and a hard work ethic. He loved history and clocked numerous man hours in the archeological digs at Hannastown. He was in involved for over 30 years with firework displays, first with Zambelli’s and then Pyrotechnico. He is survived by his wife, Annette L. Yasem Cholock, a daughter, Kelly L. Wadsworth of Vandergrift, an “adopted son”, Robert Abell of Vandergrift, 4 grandchildren, Shawn, Caleb, Christian, Isaac, 3 brothers, Bruce Cholock and his wife, Nancy of Derry, Dennis Cholock and his wife, Janice, of Jeannette, Edward Cholock and his wife, Libby, of Greensburg, 2 sisters Debra Griffin of Youngwood and Valerie Huretta of Hannastown and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Megan Cosette. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 2PM to 4PM and 7PM to 9PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 1916 Moore Ave. North Apollo, Pa. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 1PM with Pastor Phil Ramstad, officiating. Interment will be private.
