Mildred V. “Teek” Hammill Dobrosky 88 of Avonmore passed away Saturday July 9, 2016 at Scenery Hill Manor in Indiana. She was born June 20, 1928 in Avonmore the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine Snyder Hammill. “Teek” was a member of Saint Ambrose Roman Catholic Church in Avonmore, where she also belonged to the Rosary Confraternity of the Church. She was a member of the Avonmore Senior Citizen’s and a loyal volunteer for the Children’s Clinic also in Avonmore. Before her retirement she was employed as a LPN at Indiana Area Hospital. She enjoyed music, loved to sing, and always will be remembered for her jovial personality and contagious love of life. She is survived by three sons; James Dobrosky Jr. and his wife Loa of Saginaw, Michigan, Charles W. Dobrosky and his wife Darlene of Avonmore, Timothy R. Dobrosky and his wife Paula of Apollo, three daughters; Catherine J. Morris and her husband David of Titusville, Florida, Suzanne May and her husband Larry of Avonmore, and Rebecca Ciuca and her husband Michael of Vandergrift, thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and her brother Charles T. Hammill and his wife Shirley of Bell Twp. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Dobrosky, a granddaughter: Michelle L. Ciuca, two sisters; Jane Almes and Elizabeth “Betty” Kapusta and two brothers; William and Robert Hammill. Family will receive friends on Monday July 11, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home Ltd 400 Indiana Ave. Avonmore, Pa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Avonmore. Father Thomas Moore will be celebrant. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont
