Marjorie Ann (Baker) Brown

Marjorie Ann Baker Brown, age 69 of North Apollo, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at her home. She was born September 20, 1946 in Hyde Park, the daughter of the late Francis Dean and Bessie Ann Smeltzer Baker. Marjorie was a 1963 graduate of Kiski Area High school and a homemaker. She enjoyed dining out, puzzle books, trips to the casino, going for rides, and most especially, time spent with her family. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bill David Brown, a son, David Brown of North Apollo, two daughters, Billy Jo Joyner and her husband Paul of North Apollo, and Deana Colvin and her husband Chris of Manor, five grandchildren, Matthew Baker of Leechburg, David Brown of Vandergrift, Alicia Brown of Tennessee, Nikki Joyner of North Apollo, and Cody Joyner of North Apollo, 3 greatgrandchildren, a sister, Robin Montanari of Vandergrift, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Jean Kardos. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 5, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home, LTD. 1916 Moore Avenue, North Apollo. A grave side service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 6, at Riverview Cemetery in Apollo with Pastor Lee Rupert of the North Apollo Church of God officiating.
