Harry F. Crawford

Harry F. Crawford, age 84 of Washington Twp, passed away on Thursday September 1 2016, at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville. He was born May 18, 1932 in Apollo, the son of the late Harold and Gladys Miller Crawford. Before his retirement in 1991, he was employed by Consolidated Gas Transmission Corporation in Murrysville in utilities. He is a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Apollo. He is survived by a son, Rodney D. Crawford and his wife Lynn of Washington Twp, and a daughter, Cynthia E. Rollinger and her husband Richard, also of Washington Twp, four grandchildren, Eric Crawford (Amber), and Corey of Washington Twp, Brian Rollinger and his wife Jocelyn of Raleigh North Carolina, and Jason Rollinger and his wife Chelsy of East Vandergrift, four great-grandchildren, Aiden Crawford, Ava Rollinger, Ethan Rollinger, and Cody Rollinger, two brothers, Frank Crawford and his wife Ann of Washington Twp, and Ronald L. Crawford of Charleston, South Carolina, two sisters, Mary Jo Crawford and her husband Bob of North Apollo, and Judy Igo and her husband Dan of Oklahoma Borough, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Dixon Crawford in 2013, and a brother, Richard L.  Crawford. Family will receive friends on Tuesday September 6 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD. 1916 Moore Avenue, North Apollo. Services will be conducted Wednesday September 7 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Pastor Phil Ramstad will officiate. Internment will follow in River View Cemetery, Apollo.
