Donna (Saldana) Bivens

Donna Saldana Bivens age 73, of Saltsburg passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at her home. She was born on Monday, October 11, 1943, in Moween, the daughter of the late Donald and Maria Louise Scarinci Saldana. She was a parishioner of Saint Matthew Roman Catholic Church. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, dancing, gardening, and always will be remembered for the smile on her face.  She is survived by her daughters, Lori A Craddock and her husband Alex of Pasadena, Md., Bonnie Bivens and her husband Aaron Cushinberry III of Hagerstown, Md. and a son, Tracy Bivens of Wells Tannery, Pa., grandchildren, Nick Brown and Ashley Cushinberry, and her sister-in-laws, Genevieve Rossi and Delores Barnett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry M Bivens in 2005, her sisters, Mary Lou Libengood and Emma Forney, her brothers, Salvatore Rossi, Richard Saldana and George Saldana. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm in the Kelly L Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. 15618. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 2pm at Saint Matthew Roman Catholic Church with Father Salvatore Lamendola as the celebrant.  Interment will take place in Iselin Union Cemetery.
